Did Mike Ditka Fart on Cris Carter?

Mike Ditka allegedly farted on live television Monday Night Countdown on ESPN. It is hysterically funny, but is it real?

Cris Carter's reaction to it makes it seem believable. The look on his face seems like it gives some credibility to the flatulence. That and Ditka's chair lean to the left.

But the cutting of the cheese is so loud that I don't quite buy it. Anything that doesn't have a microphone in it would sound hollow and subtle. This means one of two things: either the fart was a prank or a hoax with an added sound effect, or Ditka's butt trumpet was louder than anyone could have possibly imagined, thus the look on CC's face.

I watched it 17 times and laughed every time. I hope you enjoy is as much as I did.
