The Sioux Falls Skyforce won their season opener against the Iowa Energy on Saturday night with a 107-98 home victory at the Sioux Falls Arena.

Troy Hudson led all scorers with 25 points on 9-for-18 shooting and the "Mini Mamba" Andrew Goudelock scored 23 while six Skyforce players reached double figures.

On the night, the Sioux Falls Skyforce were on from the three point line, knocking down 10 3-pointers.

The Iowa energy got good performances from Chris Wright and Mustapha Farrakhan who each scored 20 points in a losing effort.

The Skyforce have a six day layoff before they begin a three game road trip beginning on November 30th against the Springfield Armor, then subsequent games at Maine and Tulsa before returning to Sioux Falls on Friday Dec.7th to play the Erie Bay Hawks.
