The XFL season is quickly approaching and now we know who is going to be the commentators for ESPN's coverage.

ESPN announcer Steve Levy and college football analyst Greg McElroy will be the lead broadcasters for the XFL on ESPN.

The first game will be called on ESPN Feb. 8 and will feature the Seattle Dragons and the DC Defenders.

Moving forward that pair will call Saturday games during the XFL season.

In addition to Levy and McElroy, Tom Luginbill and Dianna Russini will compliment the broadcast on the field.

Sunday games will feature Tom Hart doing the play-by-play along with Joey Galloway and Pat McAfee as color analysts.

If you can't get excited about Pat McAfeee doing XFL games, then I don't know what excites you.
