ESPN's John Clayton joins Jeff Thurn on Wednesday's edition of Overtime.

Thurn and Clayton discussed the NFL in their interview on Overtime.  Hear their conversation below:

Whose decision was it to start Johnny Manziel, Sunday?

"I think this was a Mike Pettine decision because in someways it should have happened last week. But you have to bring LeBron James on this, because what happens the coaches had cold feet going to him last week and they are sitting in the office like any coach, you know until 12 or 1 o'clock in the morning, and about 8 o'clock they are looking up are seeing Johnny Manziel at a basketball game. Of course there's nothing wrong with that, it's a players night out and there's really nothing wrong. But what I think I realize, they are saying, 'okay, he's not really sitting in his room just thinking about the game plan,' so let's kind of hold off and let go a week. And we saw how bad that worked. I mean they still had a close one-point game, but Brian Hoyer had his fourth consecutive bad game. So, I think there was no choice now. They have to make the choice because Hoyer is probably reverting to what he is. Being a back-up quarterback."
