Registration is from Noon to 3pm at the El Riad Shrine in Downtown Sioux Falls. Get Zombiefied and have your makeup done for only $5 from Noon-2:30pm. Join the march of the undead at the new earlier parade time starting at 3pm, or just be a spectator. There will be an after-party at the El Riad Shrine.
