MARTY, S.D. (AP) - Federal authorities have charged a Yankton Sioux Tribe member in the shooting death of a 47-year-old man on the tribe's reservation in southeast South Dakota.

The FBI in an arrest affidavit says that 23-year-old Dancing Bull Fischer shot and killed Tony Fischer Sr. early Tuesday morning in a trailer home in Lake Andes. Authorities did not say how the men are related.

Dominic Fischer was shot and injured. His condition was not known.

A witness told agents that he heard four or five gunshots as he went toward the living room and saw Dancing Bull Fischer holding an assault rifle. The witness told agents that the men had been drinking together in the home.

Agents said Tony Fischer Sr. had been shot in the head and died at the scene.
