Football is back, and with it comes the yearly release of a new Madden game.

This year’s rendition has received a bevy of positive reviews across the Internet. But, like any new product’s first version or edition, there are bound to be glitches. Madden 17 is no exception to this unwritten rule.

I’m not certain if there’s ever been a 2-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, but my money is on no.

And this glitch doesn’t just apply to kickoffs.

Now in Madden 17’s defense, the game is fantastic. I bought myself a copy of the game for Xbox One and haven’t experienced any glitches. In fact, the ONLY negative aspect I’ve personally experienced are long load screens. Otherwise, playing Madden 17 is a completely worthwhile experience.

Madden’s development team is aware of the glitch, and all indications are it will be addressed and fixed in the first update.

But for now, if you’re hoping to score upwards of 100 points a game, it’s easier than ever.
