The NFL is mourning the loss of one of their alums as former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Michael Jackson passed away after a car accident.

Jackson was driving his motorcycle when he was struck and eventually killed.

During his NFL career, Jackson played for the Cleveland Browns and the Baltimore Ravens.

When the Ravens made the transition to Baltimore from Cleveland, Jackson was one of the early faces of the franchise.

During this eight years in the NFL, Jackson tallied 353 receptions with over 5,000 yards receiving and a total of 46 touchdowns.

He would eventually retire before 30 at the age of 29 because of injuries.
