Four South Dakota Colleges to Participate in Sanford Pentagon NAIA Classic

It's almost college basketball season and the Sanford Pentagon is gearing up for another busy year. The second annual NAIA Classic is scheduled for November 4, 5.

Dakota State will host the NAIA Classic this season at the Sanford Pentagon. Joining them in this year's event will be Dakota Wesleyan, Presentation College, and Mount Marty College. Each school will bring their men's and women's teams.

Four games will be played on each day of the classic and each day will be split into two sessions. Games will begin in the early afternoon and continue throughout the day and night.

Dakota Wesleyan will host the event in 2018, while Presentation College will host in 2019. Mount Marty, who hosted last year, would be in line to host the 2020 event.

Tickets are just $10 for adults and $5 for students/children per session.

• 4:00 PM - Presentation College vs. Dakota Wesleyan, Men
• 6:00 PM - Mount Marty vs. Dakota State, Women
• 8:00 PM - Mount Marty vs. Dakota State, Men

Sunday, November 5

• 12:00 PM - Presentation College vs. Mount Marty, Women
• 2:00 PM - Presentation College vs. Mount Marty, Men
• 4:00 PM - Dakota Wesleyan vs. Dakota State, Women
• 6:00 PM - Dakota Wesleyan vs. Dakota State, Men
