Greg Smith (@GregSmithBSO) of Black Sports Online joins Jeff Thurn on Wednesday’s edition of Overtime.

He is college football's lead writer for Black Sports Online. His FULL interview can heard right here:

What's the latest involving the quarterback situation for the Nebraska Cornhuskers?

"Oh boy. The way I would describe the quarterback situation is the three guys that are competing right now, Tommy Armstrong, Johnny Stanton, and walk-on Ryker Fyfe. They all just look okay, and as a group right now we are only day three into practice, and I've been all of the practices so far opened to media this year. They just look okay. I would say right now, and the coaches would echo that Tommy Armstrong has the lead. At this point, mostly off the experience factor that he gained last year and having to fill-in for Taylor Martinez after he went down, but the thing is still open. I think one of these guys is going to have to grab the job and actually win it. Tommy Armstrong, included, who all point have at this point as the leader."
