Iowa State head football coach Paul Rhoads joins Jeff Thurn on Thursday's edition of Overtime.

Rhoads is in his fifth year of coaching at Iowa State. Hear his full interview with Thurn right here:

Rhoads talks about Iowa State getting their first win on the road against rival, Iowa last week:

"Well, a very important victory for our program, and 2014 football team. We improved every week, which is exciting and pleasing to see. There's an old coaching phrase that says you improve the most game one to game two. I think we improved the most from game two to game three, thus far this season. I would like to improve the most from game three to game four now. And we are capable of doing it. It's going to take a lot of hard work as the seventh or sixth ranked team in the country comes to town next week. We've got momentum and we have to keep pushing it."

Overtime will be LIVE tomorrow from Memorial Stadium in Lincoln from 3 to 6 p.m. Follow Jeff @jtespn991 on Twitter and Sam @samtastad.
