On Tuesday Los Angeles Clippers' Jamal Crawford became the only player in NBA history to win the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year Award three times.

Crawford won after he averaged 14.2 ppg, 2.3 apg and 1.8 rpg this season. According to ESPN, this season Crawford scored more points in the fourth quarter than any other Clippers player.

He also averaged 15.6 points during the 45 games missed by Blake Griffin and averaged 19.5 points in the month of February.

His first Sixth Man of the Year Award came as an Atlanta Hawk after the 2009-2010 season and the second after the 2013-2014 season with the Clippers.

Crawford separated himself from hall of famer Kevin McHale and Detlef Schrempf who both won the award twice.
