ESPN Jeff Goodman has confirmed that the Atlanta Hawks have arranged a three-way trade with the Indiana Pacers and Utah Jazz.

The Hawks will send point guard Jeff Teague to the Pacers and will receive the No. 12 pick in the NBA Draft from the Jazz. Indiana will send point guard George Hill to the Utah Jazz in return.

Teague played in 79 games last season but reportedly played on a torn patellar tendon in his knee. He averaged 15.7 ppg and 5.9 assists last season but only averaged 14.1 ppg and 6.1 assists in 7 playoff games.
