Throughout the year we get caught up in our daily lives, taking for granted all the joys we experience each and every day.

Usually around the Holidays, most of us get an opportunity to spend time with family, have some time off to reflect and start to ponder the year that was.

Each year, I fall into the same trap as most, over looking all that has made me happy and joyful while taking for granted all the things I’m thankful for.

So do me a favor… Take some time and do as I have, look back, reflect and think about what you are thankful for this year!

As we march toward Christmas, I present my 15 Days of Thanks!

Day 2:

As a Washington Wizards fan, over the years, there really hasn't been much to get excited about nor give thanks for.

However, now as the Washington Wizards continue to improve, a lot of that credit has to go to the play of one John Wall.

Wall was the Wizards #1 overall draft pick 2 seasons ago and while the Wizards have not been to the playoffs since selecting Wall, this season he is playing at a all time clip and the Wizards have improved overall.

In a Eastern Conference where only 3 teams are currently at the .500 mark or better, this season has hopes and aspirations of becoming a playoff season for the Wizards.

Hopefully Wall continues to evolve and continues to improve as currently the organization is in a great place with him as the face of the franchise.
