The Sioux Falls Lincoln High School band is marching in the 2013 Tournament of Roses Parade next Tuesday morning, and while all of the major networks will provide us with a 'glimpse' of the Patriot band, one network is giving viewers even more.

RFD-TV is going to air extended coverage of the Lincoln band during its coverage of the 2013 Tournament of Roses Parade with six high-definition cameras lined up along both Orange Grove and Colorado Boulevard providing over two minutes of time on the band and its members.

In addition, RFD-TV is devoting an entire segment of its "Pre-Parade" Special to the Patriot band with footage and interviews shot on location in Sioux Falls and Pasadena as the 245 member group prepared for the experience.

The "Pre-Parade" Special airs from 9am-10am New Year’s morning, followed immediately by RFD-TV’s 2-hour coverage of the 124th Tournament of Roses Parade. The theme for this year's parade is "Oh, The Places You’ll Go…" The Lincoln Band will be #51 in the 92 entry lineup, putting it near the start of the second hour of the parade.

RFD-TV can be seen on DIRECTV channel 345, DISH Network channel 231 & 232, and on Mid-Continent cable on channel 131.
