Gerald Green is in his first year with the Miami Heat and before he even plays a regular season game for his new team, he has been fined by the NBA.

Green whipped out the throat slash and some gun gestures during the Heat's win over the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night.

It wasn't just once either as those who reporting from the game insist it was after most, if not all his made shots.   The game highlights show some of his gestures as well.

The NBA today fined Green $25,000 for his "menacing gestures".

Green signed with the Miami Heat in the off season for $1.4 million on a one year deal.
