NFL Selects Twitter to Stream its Thursday Night Games

When it comes to social media, Twitter by far is my favorite and now that the NFL and Twitter are teaming up even more, I love Twitter that much more as well!

The NFL announced that they will now stream their Thursday Night games via Twitter.

According to the Associated Press, when the league negotiated its latest Thursday deal, it decided that they would sell the streaming rights separately for an "over the top" broadcast experience.

Previously, Yahoo.com streamed one of the games from London last year when the game was played in the morning back in the USA.

Not all games though will be streamed via Twitter as the NFL has said that only 10 Thursday games on CBS and NBC will be streamed through Twitter.

In fact, the broadcasts will be FREE worldwide via Twitter and viewers dont even need to be registered users to watch.
