No Shock, Chislic Is The State Food of South Dakota

I was shocked when I went to live in the southern part of the United States that one of my favorite foods, chislic, was not on the menu on many of the restaurants we ate at.

Back in South Dakota, its a staple on almost every dine in menu and has become now the state food according to Cooking Channel TV.
