At 6-2, the Green Bay Packers enter a pivotal stretch of the season Sunday when they face the Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field.

The Packers play their next three games at home against Detroit, at Minnesota and at home against Chicago. The Packers and Vikings both have a 6-2 record and are tied for the NFC North division lead. After starting the season 6-0, Green Bay is trying to snap a two-game losing streak.

The Lions could be the perfect team for the Packers to get back on track. Detroit is 1-7 and 0-4 on the road this season. In their bye week, the Lions fired their general manager and president. Things aren't going as they did last year for Detroit when they made the playoffs. But the Lions still have Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson. A good sign for the Packers is that their cornerbacks are getting healthier. Quinten Rollins has been a full participant and

Sam Shields has been been limited in practice this week.

The Packers have 15 players listed on their injury report. One is Eddie Lacy, who has struggled all season. Lacy injured his groin last week and had a fumble last week against Carolina. Now, James Starks has been moved ahead of Lacy on Green Bay's depth chart. Starks had over a 100 yards of total offense and a touchdown last week. He has rushed for 334 yards and a touchdown and has 167 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Lacy hasn't been his old self, where he has rushed for 308 yards and two scores. Starks has looked like he did in 2010 when the Packers went on to win the Super Bowl. Now, Starks has been rewarded for his fast start until Lacy gets his mojo back.

As for the rest of the offense, Aaron Rodgers found his groove in the second half. He finished the game 25 of 48 for 369 yards, four touchdowns and an interception. He got the vertical passing game going again by finding Randall Cobb for a 53-yard touchdown. Rodgers' receivers played well, too. Cobb and Davante Adams each had over 90 yards receiving.

One thing that Rodgers and the Packers offense have to improve is their third down efficiency. Last week against Carolina, Green Bay was three of 14 on third downs.

The Lions haven't won in Green Bay since 1991 and Sunday would be a great game for the Packers to get back in the win column after dropping their last two games to Denver and Carolina.

Green Bay Packers: Mike Neal did not participate in practice this week for Green Bay. Bryan Bulaga, Casey Hayward, James Jones, Lacy, T.J. Lang, Clay Matthews, Ty Montgomery, Nick Perry, Damarious Randall, Shields and Josh Sitton have all been limited in practice this week. Morgan Burnett and Rollins were full participants in practice this week.

Detroit Lions: Rashean Mathis did not practice this week, while Calvin Johnson was limited in practice and James Ihedigbo, Travis Lewis, Darius Slay and Josh Wilson have all been full participants in practice this week.
