NEW YORK (AP) - Penn State coach Bill O'Brien says he doesn't expect another wave of player departures from the Nittany Lions, even though NCAA sanctions still allow his players to transfer without sitting out a season.

The Penn State coaches' caravan came through New York on Wednesday and O'Brien was the headliner at a luncheon for Nittany Lions supporters.

Ten players transferred out of Penn State after the severe NCAA sanctions for the Jerry Sandusky scandal were handed down last summer. O'Brien prepared for his fist preseason practice unsure who would show up for training camp.

Players can still leave without penalty until the 2013 season starts, but O'Brien says he has not spent any time this offseason re-recruiting his players.

He says, "I don't see the mass exodus coming."
