MOORHEAD, MN -- Augustana used two Payton Pry early first half goals and coasted to a 2-0 victory at Minnesota State Moorhead Sunday afternoon.  The Vikings move to 4-2 (3-0, NSIC) and the Dragons fall to 2-3-1 (2-3-1, in conference).

For the third game in a row, Pry got the Vikings on the board first.  In the 13th minute, Pry took an Aleisha Oehlerking pass and put it past the Moorhead keeper for the 1-0 lead.

Seven minutes later, Pry gave Augustana a 2-0 lead after netting her fourth goal of the season.  Oehlerking set Pry up again for her third assist of the season.

The Vikings defense was fierce all day limiting the Dragons to only eight shots, four on goal.  Sophomore goalkeeper Ashley Limmer was there to save them all.

On the offensive, Pry led the way with three shots and her two goals.  Mackenzie Trom and Taylor Brownrigg each fired off two shots.

Augustana stays on the road next weekend at Minnesota, Crookston Saturday at 11 a.m. and Bemidji State on Sunday at 1 p.m.
