It only took one at bat for former MLB'er Kevin Millar to hit a home run for the Saint Paul Saints on Saturday night.

Millar played for the Saints in the early 1990's and went on to play for in the majors, including for the Boston Red Sox where he captured a World Series title.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes ok'd the move for Millar to get one at bat months ago and reports say that they were attempting to potentially back out of the deal once word came that Millar wanted more than one at bat.

Once official that Millar would get one at bat and one at bat only, they let it happen.

In that one at bat on Saturday night in St. Paul, Millar went yard.

With is family in attendance and not seeing a major league pitch in 7 years, Millar is going to use this as his true walk off moment and not pick up a bat professionally ever again.
