About time.  That was my first reaction to reading Darren Rovell's article on the new self service beer machines that will be in use at this years MLB All Star Game at Target Field.

The machines that will be used are called DraftServ and are a partnership between the companies Delaware North and Anheuser-Busch.

Credit cards won't be able to be used at the self serve machines, instead fans can go up to the cashier at the concessions and preload a $10, $20 or $50 card for use at the self serve machines.

The machines themselves will have an attendant checking ID's and are able to pour up to 48 ounces per 15 minutes per customer.

Again, about time!

Also at this year's All Star Festivities at Target Field in Minneapolis, Delaware North will be featuring some new food items as well.  According to Darren Rovell, they include lobster corn dogs and a Hangover Hamburger that has two patties, bacon, american cheese, fried egg with mayo, ketchup and sriracha.
