Seventy-two points is usually about where you should be somewhere in the third quarter.  Unfortunately, the Tulsa 66ers kept the Sioux Falls Skyforce under wraps in a 94-72 win on Saturday night in the NBA Development League in front of a crowd of 5093.

For the second straight night, Tulsa (18-15) was extremely physical on defense and kept Sioux Falls (20-14) from gaining any level of comfort.  It was a season low in points and shooting proficiency, 27 of 80 for 34 percent including 1-17 from deep.  Conversely, the 66ers on the offensive side hit 9 three pointers after struggling from behind the arc the night before.

Tulsa has won their last three games and Rasual Butler has led the scoring in all three tallying 17 points on Saturday night.  The Skyforce scoring ledger was headed by Mustapha Farrakhan and Will Foster with 12 apiece.  Meanwhile, Mark Tyndale and Mychal Thompson both tallied 11 points.

Tulsa will return home for their next outing which is a date with the scuffling Iowa Energy who have lost 8 in a row including the last two at the buzzer to Austin.  Speaking of Austin, that would be the next destination for the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
