Over the weekend, the Sioux Falls Stampede closed out the regular season and did so in record-breaking fashion, and on a winning streak.

The Stampede broke the club record for most wins in a season and set a new a club points record. Sioux Falls finished with 45-17-2 record, and scored 92 points, both new records for the franchise. The Stampede are also carrying momentum into the playoffs, as they have won their last three games.

With new records set, the Stampede will now turn their focus to the United States Hockey League playoffs and their quest for a championship. Sioux Falls will be the top seed in the Western Conference.

The Stampede host Lincoln at 7:05 p.m. on Tuesday at the Sioux Falls Arena to begin the quest for a USHL title.
