There's a logjam at the top of the Summit League's women's basketball standings as we reach the halfway point of the 2015 season.  Four teams are within a game of the lead with a month to play in the regular season.

The Coyotes won for the eighth time in ten Summit League games, beating Fort Wayne Friday night 91-80. The Coyotes jumped out to a 49-28 halftime lead and upped their record at home to 11-0 this season. Nicole Seekamp had 19 points and tied a career-high woth ten assists.

Sunday afternoon, USD goes for a season sweep of North Dakota State after beating the Bison 84-69 in Vermillion last month. In that game, the Coyotes put six players in double figures and outscored NDSU by 14 points in the paint.  They also limited Bison point guard Brooke LeMar to just eight second half points, after she had 15 in the first half. USD head coach Amy Williams says winning in Fargo is always a challenge:

Tipoff is 2:00 PM in Fargo Sunday.
