HARRISBURG - Authorities have made one arrest and are seeking a second suspect and possibly a third in the alleged rape of a 12-year-old girl in southeastern South Dakota's Lincoln County.

Twenty-year-old Elizeo Kalimba, of Sioux Falls, made his first court appearance Tuesday on rape and child pornography charges. His bond was set at $25,000 cash. He will enter a plea later.

The sheriff's office is seeking the public's help in finding 19-year-old Obadiah Loyira, who is wanted on the same charges. He is believed to be in the Sioux Falls area. He is not considered a threat to the public.

The rape is alleged to have happened Jan. 15 at Loyira's home in Harrisburg. Authorities allege Loyira took pictures on his cellphone. They are investigating whether a third person was involved.

If you have any information as to Loyira’s whereabouts, you are asked to call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department at 605-764-5651, Crime Stoppers 367-7007 or toll free 1-877-367-7007. You can also contact your local law enforcement agency.
