Logano Wins At Dover
Joey Logano savors the times he led Joe Gibbs Racing into Victory Lane. Turns out, he enjoys beating JGR so much more. Logano changed his team and his car, just not the result, and raced to his third straight Dover victory in the Nationwide Series on Saturday.
Hamlin Takes Pole
Denny Hamlin has another top spot in his comeback from a back injury. Hamlin turned a lap of 157.978 mph Friday to win the pole at Dover International Speedway. He won the pole last week at Charlotte Motor Speedway and has three overall this season.
Gimme Five
Kyle Busch won his fifth Nationwide Series race of the year, pushing past Joey Logano 18 laps from the end to win at Darlington Raceway on Friday night.
Kenseth Slammed
Ouch! Matt Kenseth lost a bunch because of an illegal engine part. Pole position, points and bonuses for winning at Kansas are gone.
Birthday Gamble
Matt Kenseth decided not to replace any tires during the final pit stop under caution, and the calculated risk put him in the lead. Kenseth knows a bit about risk after his offseason move to Joe Gibbs Racing, and this latest gamble paid off with his third victory in Vegas.
