David Lough hit three doubles, then launched a tiebreaking home run in the eighth inning that gave the Royals enough to beat the Twins 9-8 on Sunday.

Wednesday night, the scuffling team got just enough pitching from Jeremy Guthrie and its bullpen, and just enough hitting from David Lough and Billy Butler, to deliver a 4-1 victory over the Minnesota Twins that ended its franchise-record 11-game home losing streak.
