Here's a look at the lines and odds for week 10 of the NFL season and my lock of the week.

For this week's lock of the week, I am taking the Washington Redskins -1 vs the New York Giants.

So far this season my "Lock of the Week'' is 2-0 and I am looking at another winner this week to take me to 3-0 after Week 4 of the NFL season.

My lock of the week though comes from one of the totals this week as you can book that the Vikings and Bills will stay under 40.5.

So for this week's lock of the week, I'm taking the Miami Dolphins +2.5 vs the New York Jets.
