Lindsay Whalen and Maya Moore scored 20 points apiece and Seimone Augustus added 18 to lead the Minnesota Lynx to an 85-62 win in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals on Thursday night.

With everyone on a deep team playing well, things couldn’t be much rosier right now for the Minnesota Lynx. Lindsay Whalen had 18 points and seven assists to lead Minnesota past Phoenix 81-69 on Wednesday afternoon for the Lynx seventh straight win.

Having an off night offensively, Maya Moore still found a way to help her team win. Moore was 3 of 12 from the floor when she hit a 3-pointer, stole an inbounds pass and made a layup in the final minute to lift the Minnesota Lynx to their sixth straight victory, an 82-77 win over the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday.

If Seimone Augustus is forced to miss more time, the Minnesota Lynx showed they’ve got the necessary reinforcements. Maya Moore scored 14 of her game-high 23 points in the third quarter and the Lynx pulled away to hand the Phoenix Mercury their worst loss of the season, 91-59, on Sunday night.

Maya Moore scored 22 points and Seimone Augustus added 19 to lead the Minnesota Lynx to an easy 99-79 win over the Phoenix Mercury on Thursday night.
