TBT: Free Running in Sioux Falls

How many of you have heard of Free Running?

I hadn't until I came across this video that just so happened to feature Sioux Falls.

Going back five years in time, here's a look at some dudes experiencing the city while apparently "free running" in this week's Throwback Thursday video.

After watching it myself, I am not sure these activities would be in my future unless there is a ambulance near by to take me to the emergency room.
