David Blatt has agreed to become the new Cleveland Cavaliers head coach. Blatt, who coached Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Euroleague from 2010-2014, will be greeted with a four year deal worth about $20 million according to Adrian Wonjnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

Blatt just helped coach his team to a Euroleague Championship. He ultimately won the job over Tyronne Lue. Alex Kennedy of Basketballinsiders.com talked with Jeff Thurn on Overtime about Blatt potentially becoming the head coach of the Cavs. He says that Blatt is a genius with basketball.

Blatt begins his duties as the Cavs coach immediately.
