Former NFL wide receiver Titus Young has posted bond and has been released from an  jail where he was being held for allegedly trying to burglarize a home.

According to records with Orange County, CA Young posted bond and was released Thursday.

The reported the amount of the bond was $50,000.

In Orange County, Young is looking at four felonies and seven misdemeanors from a May break-in and Young resisting arrest.

Recently, the mother of Young's son also filed for a restraining order, citing threats of domestic violence.

The NFL said it tried to help Titus Young 18 months ago, but at that time, he declined the help and continued to spiral out of control.

As the Titus Young Saga continues, at least for now he is out of jail until his court date.  We'll see in the meantime if he decides to make any more headlines.
