The Wolf Among Us Trailer: Bigby’s Adventure Begins

If there's one person in Fabletown you don't want to piss off in this launch trailer, it's the sheriff (and big bad wolf) Bigby Wolf.

The first full trailer for Telltale Games' The Wolf Among Us has arrived, just days before the official launch of the first of five episodes. The footage above is light on spoilers, but heavy on the mystery and cameos from other characters straight out of the Vertigo comic, Fables.

Anticipation for Telltales' latest project has been high since The Walking Dead was anointed one of the best games of 2012. The Wolf Among Us may also be based on a comic book, but the style and tone of this latest game couldn't be more different from The Walking Dead. That said, choice and consequence will again play a major role in this episodic mystery, though there will probably be way less zombies.

The Wolf Among Us - Episode 1: Faith will be out on Oct. 11 for the PC and Xbox 360, with the PlayStation 3 version to follow a few days later. While you wait, check out the trailer, and check out some of the original comic series, too.
