Sioux Falls Storm Head Coach Kurtiss Riggs has ended weeks of speculation about his future with the Indoor Football League by signing a two-year contract extension.

In ten seasons as Storm head coach, Riggs has guided the team to six championships, including the 2012 IFL title.

The next order of business for the team is to re-sign the majority of their players.  All but two on the roster were let go at the end of the season in a move team owner Todd Tryon believed was necessary to give other franchises a chance to sign some of the players or some of those teams  would fold.
