Two NBA Fans Nail Half-Court Shots, Win Money

It was a wild weekend for NBA fans, one in which two fans proved the clutch factor is real and that you can never count out the little guy.

In Oklahoma City on Saturday, a fan had a chance to win $20,000, courtesy of MidFirst Bank. He promptly stepped up and nailed the half-court trey to clinch the $20,000 and send Chesapeake Energy Arena into a frenzy.

Oklahoma City was pure elation, but Los Angeles was a party.

While an OKC fan earned $20,000 with his half-court shot, a Lakers fan took home $35,000 with his half-court dagger on Sunday, all thanks to the excess ice water flowing through his veins.

An impressive showing from NBA fans this weekend, and they were properly rewarded with large sums of cash.
