Three Sioux Falls teams had the opportunity to punch their tickets to the Class AA tournament later this month, and two secured their spot.

The O'Gorman Knights used their home court advantage and a strong second half to defeat Watertown 47-35. O'Gorman held Watertown to just 10 points in the second half, and were led offensively by Braxton Miller's 20 points.

An inner-city rivalry contest highlighted district finals as the Washington Warriors and Lincoln Patriots met for a third time. Washington managed to pick up two close victories during the regular season, and punched their ticket to the state tournament with another close win 50-46. The Warriors were led by Deng Geu's 19 points, while Sam Signs added 14. Lincoln's Tate Lindsay had 13 on the night.

O'Gorman and Washington will play in the Class AA Basketball Championship at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center March 19-21. Washington has also locked in the top seed.

The Lincoln Patriots will now face Roosevelt on Tuesday night for one of the final spots at the tournament.
