The Illinois Football program took a big step back in 2012 with their performance on the field.

In year one for Tim Beckman at the helm, its a year Illini fans would like to forget.

However, 2013 has brought a renewed sense of optimism after the University of Illinois started the season 3-1.

Head Coach Tim Beckman joined Jeff Thurn on Overtime to talk about the season so far, their expectations and some of the guys who are making a difference this year.
