Entering another year at Miami, Al Golden is still dealing with the NCAA's investigation into the program and now is dealing with the "Notice of Allegations" which deems Miami to have had a "lack of instituional control".

All of this was pre-Golden, but still impacts him football program on a recruiting level and considering they have self imposed two consecutive years of post-season bans.
