USD’s Bethany Buell Leaps Into Top 3

University of South Dakota pole vaulter Bethany Buell continues to move up in the national rankings.

The junior from St. Louis cleared 14 feet-two-inches at the Iowa State Classic in Ames Saturday, breaking her own record.

The jump is the third best in the nation this year.

USD freshman Madison Mills cleared 13 feet-one-inch in the same event.
