SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Utah quarterback Jordan Wynn is out indefinitely after re-injuring his left shoulder Friday night in a loss to Utah State.

Coach Kyle Whittingham will provide further details at his Monday press conference but Utah's weekly release lists senior Jon Hays and freshman Travis Wilson as the new co-starters for Saturday's game against No. 25 Brigham Young.

Hays went 6-3 last year after Wynn had season-ending surgery on the same non-throwing shoulder in October. Wilson has completed all three of his passes, including one for a touchdown, and has rushed for two TDs.

Wynn was knocked out of the game late in the first half.

His previous two seasons ended because of shoulder operations, including one on his right throwing shoulder in December 2010.
