On Monday, Minnesota Vikings Head Coach had some more disappointing news following another disappointing loss.

Vikings linebacker Desmond Bishop tore the ACL in his right knee on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers and will need season-ending surgery.

He missed all of last season for the Packers after tearing his hamstring in the preseason opener and was released back in June.

He then signed with the division rival Vikings and everyone knew at the time, that the big X factor would be health.

"As we gave him more opportunities, he had shown that he was ready to get a starting assignment," Frazier said. "I wanted him to solidify it through his play in that ballgame yesterday. Unfortunately, he got injured, but he was playing well up to that injury."

The Vikings could either go back to Mitchell whom Bishop replaced or lean on 4th round draft pick Gerald Hodges.

Don't forget about Mike Mauti out of Penn State as well, he could see some more playing time too.
