Listening to baseball on the radio, in my opinion, is much more entertaining than watching a game on TV.

One of the great voices of the game will return next season, for his 65th year.  The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Vin Scully will return to the microphone as the voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers for the 2014 season.

Scully is 85, and says "I really still enjoy it immensely. My health is good, thank God. So why not?"

As a kid late at night I remember the voices.  Not so much the game, but who was calling the game.  Jack Buck, Herb Carneal, Harry Caray, Curt Gowdy and Vin.
