During week 2 of the NFL season the public was the big winner and Vegas took a hit, but that all changed in week 3.

Week 3 of the NFL season was all about the underdogs as 11 underdogs won on Sunday and with the majority of the betting public taking favorites, the sportsbooks in Vegas took in a haul according to ESPN.com.

As the public looks to get back on the winning track, they have a full slate of NFL games to pick from in Week 4 including another game across the pond as Miami is -3 as they take on New Orleans.

Half of the NFC North played on Thursday as Green Bay defeated Detroit, while the other half of the NFC North plays in Minnesota on Sunday as the Vikings as -2 vs the Lions even though Minnesota will be without starter Sam Bradford.
