Week 9 NFL Odds and Lock of the Week
Another week and another win for the good guys last week as the Washington Redskins had no problems defeating the Dallas Cowboys.
This week I will look to go 7-1 on the season with another scorching hot pick in the NFL.
The slate of games in the NFL are full of extremely interesting storylines and playoff implications as the games are beginning to matter more and more each week.
The two huge games are Rams/Saints and Packers/Patriots but because there will be so much public action on those games, I don't see a lot of value in the lines.
For this week's Lock of the Week, I will go with the Baltimore Ravens -2.5 vs the Pittsburgh Steelers.
There will be no Le'Veon Bell for the Steelers again this week and even though statistically the Steelers offense is 5% better without him, there is no way his impact couldn't have been felt against a really good Ravens D.
Baltimore needs this win as they have lost 2 in a row and will look to snap the Steelers three game winning streak.
Not to mention, I have history on my side as the Ravens have owned the Steelers over the years and with a couple of key turnovers on Sunday, that trend will continue.
