Wisconsin Gets Commitment from Minn. Prep Star Davison

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Badgers have gotten a verbal commitment from a top Minnesota prep player.

Guard Brad Davison is headed into his senior season of high school in Osseo and has given the Badgers an oral commitment.

The 6-fot-4 Davison was being recruited by close to 20 schools -- among them North Carolina and Michigan. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports Davison made an informal visit to the campus in Madison last month.
