Yankton Man Sentenced to 50 Years for Rape

SIOUX FALLS - A Yankton man was sentenced this week in Sioux Falls to 50 years in prison for first-degree rape.

Forty-four-year-old Donald Lawrence Jueden also was sentenced to 15 years for a second count of first-degree rape. The sentences are to run concurrently.

The charges stemmed from an incident in early 2008 when Jueden was living in Brandon. He pleaded guilty on February 6 of this year.

The Minnehaha County State's Attorney's office says Jueden faces similar charges in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
