Lambeau Field brings so many people to the city of Green Bay each fall to watch Packers games and enjoy the wonderful scenery of what many consider one of the best NFL stadiums in the league.

So how do rats come into the equation?

Well, a recent report on a local news station in Green Bay is saying residents around Lambeau Field have been seeing rats popping up more so than they ever have before.

According to WBAY, the city isn't going to the extents of calling it an infestation, but are encouraging the residents to remove them otherwise the problem will never go away and only get worse.

In that same report, local resident Deena Heins said "“Last week I was looking out the window around 8 p.m., when it was getting dark, and I thought I saw little bunnies hopping around the yard. I looked closer and they were rats,”.

I would assume that the folks in and around Lambeau Field are taking note and taking precautions as it appears the problem is spreading throughout the neighborhood that is very close to the stadium.

So as Packer fans now flock to Lambeau for games this fall, not only should you be on the lookout for unruly fans from the other team, also be on the look out for rats.
