NCAA pole vault champion Bethany Buell of the University of South Dakota and Trent Lusignan of South Dakota State have received post season honors from The Summit League.
A little more than a week after winning the NCAA Championship in the pole vault, South Dakota's Bethany Buell has undergone surgery on her injured left shoulder.
Buell had the surgery last Friday to repair a torn ligament, and told me in a text Monday afternoon:
